We accept returns, replacements, and refunds.

Process:

You need to inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery of the item to your end customer.

Commercials:

A. If the item we sent is a wrong item or a defective piece, we cover full return charges i.e., we provide refunds for the product and also refund for the return shipment cost.
B. If the customer wants to return the item after receiving the right item in the right condition, still we provide refunds for the product, but the return shipping charge has to be borne either by the customer or the reseller, you.

Readymades Kurtis, Readymade Salwars, Men’s Shirts & Women’s Shirts, and other Readymade items:

1. Items can be exchanged for other sizes if available.
2. Items should contain the tags and packages as received. Tags should not be removed.
3. Items should be in the same condition as received.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

No Refund for Subscription packages.

We have put all the important content on the public display i.e., products we dropshipping, all comparable services, etc., Also you can ask us any queries you have over call or Whatsapp before joining. So please subscribe to our services only if you know all the details. Don’t hesitate to ask any queries you have.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
